Hello my friends-

I'm happy to be able to welcome you to my new site! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. There may still be some kinks, so be sure to let me know if you spot anything... Thanks :)

The Los Angeles (LA) Grand Prix took place this passed weekend. What I thought was going to be some fast swimming turned out to be some painful swimming and some valuable lessons learned. My coach, Dave Salo, wanted me to take out my races as fast as I could so that I could feel the pain. Boy, did it hurt! Click here for proof. My times weren't were I wanted them, but I'm confident in my training.

Since the LA Grand Prix I've slowly been coming down with my yardage. It's nice to finally be able to fine tune my stroke. I haven't been shaved and tapered since World Championships last year, so I'm definitely anxious to finally swim fast.

I fly out to Switzerland on Sunday and will be spending my days leading up to European Championships in the Ticino. I can't wait for some quality Swiss food. I miss Swiss bread the most! And Rivella of course :)

I'll be in touch!

Thanks again for checking out my site!
